Refund Policy

Can I return my order?

WINAWEIGHT will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned in opened or damaged packaging.

WINAWEIGHT does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

For eligible refunds, WINAWEIGHT will refund the purchase cost of the product(s), less shipping and handling within 7 business days.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure that the package arrives at our warehouse safely. If your returned order is lost in transit and there is no tracking of the package, Paalm cannot be held responsible for the return and may be unable to refund or offer you an exchange.

Can I arrange an exchange or refund after returning my order?

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will notify you via email to discuss your options for receiving an exchange or refund.


Products not conforming to the order or defective

If you have received a different product than the one you ordered, a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask you to provide us with the details (with photo) within 14 days of receipt. We will check if an exchange is possible and give you the instructions to follow accordingly. To do this, indicate your order confirmation number in the subject of your email so that we can find your order easily and process your request quickly.

Missing items
